Ndidi disappointed with Wolves’ draw

Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has expressed disappointment over the result of The Foxes’ Premier League opening day fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.
Despite the goalless draw, the combative midfielder says he is happy to have played in front of the home fans again.

Ndidi was in action for 90 minutes putting up a fine performance in the highly entertaining encounter.

The Foxes were the happier side as the visitors had a goal correctly ruled out for hand ball in the second half with the game ending in a goalless draw at the King Power Stadium.

The 22-year-old was extremely happy with the atmosphere around King Power Stadium during the game but felt disappointed the Foxes were unable to get the maximum points from the game.

Ndidi took to his tweeter account revealing his disappointment, “Not the result we worked for but feels good to be back at the king power.”
